Want to learn more about becoming a teacher? Teachers 4 Tomorrow is holding an information session on Saturday, March 24th at DeSales University. See flyers for more information.

GEAR UP is having a Parent Dinner/Workshop Event on March 27th at Building 21 from 4 pm to 6 pm. See flyer for more details.

There are various seasonal employment opportunities that  are available for students ages 16 and up with the Allentown Parks and Rec. department. These positions include: summer parks laborer, summer golf course laborer, summer playground program instructor, concessions cashier, pool cashier, pool and spray park lifeguard. There will be a mandatory student government meeting in room 122 on Wednesday March 7 at 9:00am.

Miss Routson is now offering piano lessons after school starting next week. There is still one spot available! There is a sign up sheet outside room 253-first come, first served.

All Year 1 students need to return the LVHN permission slips!

Do you have the best design for the staff and student basketball game? Prove it! Complete a design and return it to Mr. Rolland, Mr. Mahala, or Ms. Ramirez by Friday, April 7th. Design papers will be available at the information board downstairs outside of the cafe.

Allen baseball tryouts will be on Monday and Tuesday at 3:30.

Struggling in math class? Come to math club to get help! Math club meets on Mondays after school.

Year 1 town hall will be Wednesday at 8:30am.

Year 2 town hall will be Wednesday at 9:00am.

Year 3 town hall will be Thursday at 8:30am.

A few Random Shout-Outs:

• Congratulations to the M3C team for competing this weekend in the Mathworks challenge! You all did an outstanding job of working together and solving the challenging real world problem. Mr. Pattison and I are so proud of you all! These students worked continually for 10 hours on this problem!  These students were: Tylor DeRemer, Candice Molina, Nathaniel Andino, Dylan Vereen, and Jio Kleckner.
